My name is Joanna Byrne and I have been a licensed dental hygienist for over 10 years, proudly serving the community in Orange County, California.

I began my journey in dental hygiene at Cypress College, where I completed the Dental Hygiene Program and was honored to serve as Class President. I continued my education at Nova Southeastern University, earning my Bachelor’s degree in Health Science, and later advanced my career by completing the Registered Dental Hygienist in Alternative Practice (RDHAP) Program at California Northstate University.

I am a proud member of both the American Dental Hygienists’ Association and the California Dental Hygienists’ Association, where I stay active in advancing oral health for all. Giving back is also a passion of mine—I regularly volunteer at BlessFest at Calvary Chapel and CDA Cares, free dental events that provide care to those in need.

What drives me most is the relationships I build with my patients. I believe in treating every patient as I would my own family—with compassion, respect, and a genuine commitment to long-term oral health. My goal is not just to clean teeth, but to create comfort, trust, and confidence in every person I care for.
